My name is Cristina and I am excited to be a part of your new journey! I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a second Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, which has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding the complexities of societal issues and the justice system. My passion for juvenile justice has driven me to focus on breaking intergenerational patterns of crime and social instability, aiming to create lasting change within these communities. I am deeply committed to supporting transitional age youth (16-25), as I believe this is a crucial period for intervention and positive change.

Currently, I am pursuing a graduate program in Marriage and Family Therapy at Grand Canyon University, where I am honing my skills to better support individuals and families in overcoming challenges and building healthier relationships. Although my experience has primarily focused on transitional age youth, I am also highly interested in expanding my practice to work with children and adults, recognizing that addressing mental health and family dynamics at all stages of life is key to fostering long-term well-being. Ultimately, my goal is to help create transformative experiences for individuals and families, particularly those affected by the justice system and intergenerational trauma.
